2 Year Instrument
Warranty
Aria Music
offers a limited warranty for a period of two years from the original
date of purchase. This warranty expressly, does not cover any defects
caused by normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, shipping damage
or exposure to extremes of temperature. Only I&K
instruments purchased from an authorised I&K dealer are covered
by this warranty.
Warranty assessment must be carried out by an
I&K authorised
service agent. In the event of requiring a warranty assessment, please
contact the I&K dealer you purchased your instrument from. Naturally
a copy of your proof of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.
Aria Music reserves the right to repair or
replace warranty claims at their discretion. The purchaser is liable
for all freight charges arising as a result of any warranty claims.
Our Instruments
Aria Music stocks I&K branded instruments. Although all care and thoroughness
has been taken to ensure the accuracy of product description, please be aware
that Aria Music reserves the right to change, amend or update information regarding
their product. Images depicted on this website at times may not accurately represent
the corresponding product.
Payment
1. Payment methods accepted online are:
a)
Paypal system [for those with existing accounts]
b) Visa Card, Mastercard and Amex through the Paypal System.
c) Credit card payments over the phone.

Unless agreed otherwise, all our prices are inclusive of any applicable GST.
3. We reserve the right to amend or change our pricing on any of our
products and service.
4. Additional processing time is required for Money
Order, Business Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of GST (unless otherwise stated) and
in Australian dollars. Prices are subject to change. Aria Music reserves
the right to make any pricing alterations at any moment without notice.
Aria Music always seeks to list Products with the most
competitive prices.
Aria Music reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at Aria
Music at any time.
Legal Capacity To Transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you
cannot place orders with Aria Music.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are
over the age of eighteen (18) years.
Should Aria Music suffer any damage or other losses as a result of
a transaction entered into by a minor, Aria Music reserves the right
to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians
of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Aria Music.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for
a full refund of the product purchase price (less any freight charge),
full credit (less any freight charge), or exchange of your choice,
within fourteen (14) days from the shipping date.
Aria Music only accepts returns made within the first fourteen (14)
days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise,
it must be shipped within this fourteen (14) day guarantee period.

All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), all returned
goods must include a Return Authorisation Number, be in the original
packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show
no signs of wear or abuse; Returns originally paid for by credit card
are issued a credit for the purchase price value only, excluding shipping
and handling.
A copy of your original receipt must be produced.
Refunds are only given under the following circumstances;
- have a fault that the customer could not have known about at the
time of purchase
- do not do the job the customer was led to believe they would
- do not match a sample they were shown
- aren't as they were described
A refund will not be given for the following reasons;
- no proof of purchase is offered
- the customer simply changes their mind
- the customer bought them for someone else who doesn't want them
- the goods have been damaged after the purchase
A refund is paid on the sale value of the goods only and does not
include any delivery, insurance or handling charges (if applicable).

All goods will be shipped when full payment is received and cleared.
Every effort will be made to source the product on behalf of our customers
in a timely way and, for orders of print which will not be available
to ship within days we will contact you following receipt of your order
and provide you with an estimated delivery time. Where more than one
item is ordered, items may not arrive simultaneously.
Please note that certain products may not be available where existing
stock is exhausted and suppliers are unable to meet orders from Aria
Music. Where this is the case and you have already placed an order
we will notify you as soon as practicable after we become aware of
the non-availability and will refund your purchase price in full.
Your Rights To Return A Product
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed
your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to
verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
Dead On Arrival Products - "DOA"
A Aria Music Product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a failure,
or is discovered to be broken when first taken from its packaging.
A Aria Music Customer Service member will provisionally determine whether
the Product is DOA. Where a Product is provisionally determined as
DOA we will arrange to replace the Product.
Refunds will only be offered where a replacement Product can not be
provided.
Where Aria Music has provisionally determined that a Product is DOA,
return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Aria Music.
If the Product is deemed by Customer Services NOT to be DOA, Aria Music
may in its absolute discretion refuse to replace the Product or offer
you a refund for the Product.
When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property
and the returned DOA Product becomes our property.
When a refund is given, the returned DOA Product becomes our property.
Aria Music reserves the right to test any returned DOA Product. If
the condition of the Product was misrepresented to us by the customer,
Aria Music will impose a handling and administration fee.
Online Payment Security & Credit Card Fraud
Whilst Aria Music employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology software for its transactions with our customers, Aria Music
will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether
direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently
used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
